🤝 Shared Dashboards
We’ve introduced dashboard sharing, a new feature that enables you to share your personal CRM dashboards with specific colleagues to enhance team collaboration. Through a simple sharing interface, you can select which users have access to your custom dashboards, and they'll receive a direct link to view the insights and metrics you've curated. Your dashboards remain secure with built-in permission controls ensuring users only see what they're authorized to view, while the personalized nature of your dashboard setup remains unchanged. This feature makes it easier for teams to align goals, track progress together, and share key insights without compromising individual workspace preferences, ultimately improving visibility and collaboration across your CRM workspace.
📊 Goals Integration for Dashboards
You can now transform your dashboards into powerful goal-tracking centers with our new Goals tiles. This feature allows users to visualise and monitor progress across single user goals, multi-user team objectives, company-wide targets, and customer-specific goals. Administrators can add any configured Goal type to dashboards, with non-admin users able to add their own personal goals. The Goals tiles feature intuitive progress charts with detailed tooltips that reveal exact values, making it easy to see precisely where you stand. By bringing your strategic objectives directly into your dashboard view, teams stay aligned, motivated, and focused on achieving their targets.
