🎯 Goals Reimagined: Track, Measure & Achieve More

We've completely redesigned our Goals feature to give you more control and flexibility. The new system features a modern look that seamlessly integrates with our updated CRM interface, allowing you to create Goals for individual users, customers, and your entire business - including different Goals for each operating company if you manage multiple entities. You can now set Goals across various time periods (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly) and choose between calendar year or financial year tracking to match your business cycle.

When creating Goals for multiple Users or Customers, you can select a single period, enter your Goal values for the first time increment, and instantly apply them across remaining increments saving time and ensuring consistency throughout the year. For broader, business-wide Goals, you can set targets across all periods at once - giving you a clear, year-round view of your objectives. Whether you're managing detailed monthly targets or tracking quarterly milestones, the new Goals system flexibly supports the way your business operates.Β To enable the Goals functionality, navigate to System Settings and search for Goals or click here.

πŸ€– Copilot Contact Creation

Our Copilot feature now supports intelligent Contact creation through natural language prompts. You can create Contacts using email addresses and the system will leverage social search to gather additional information. This feature includes smart conflict resolution, asking follow-up questions when email addresses already exist or when Company names match existing records. After creation, users are provided with direct links to the newly created records for immediate access.

🎨 User Interface Enhancements

We've implemented numerous updates to improve the user experience with our new interface design:

Visual and Accessibility Improvements:

  • Enhanced chart colour schemes for better accessibility

  • Fixed alignment issues with toggle buttons in the email window

  • Improved visibility for selected options in note type selectors

  • Resolved dropdown text cutoff issues in various screens

  • Fixed hover menu positioning when side navigation menu is collapsed

  • Fixed text overflow in side navigation menu

  • Addressed padding and spacing inconsistencies across the interface

Dashboard Enhancements:

  • Added clear separation between personal and standard dashboards in dropdown menus

  • Fixed divider visibility issues in dashboard selection menus

  • Improved mobile view spacing for action buttons

Functional Improvements:

  • Restored horizontal expansion capability for memo fields

  • Fixed menu behavior to properly close on second click

These updates ensure a more polished, accessible, and user-friendly experience for everyone.

  • Added Mood and Urgency columns to the Company documents report to give you better visibility into customer sentiment and priority levels.

  • CMS attribute filter plugin now works for the root category

  • Added Unleashed LeadTime field import

  • Fixed email template options on Equipment to filter correctly by Equipment instead of Contact

  • Resolved issue where exact match SKU wasn't returned as first search result

  • Fixed HTML Quote Tables to properly use sequence for ordering

  • Corrected issue with estimated dates defaulting to today when importing with positive closing status

  • Fixed product web catalogue dropdown positioning issues

  • Resolved landing page loading failures in the CRM

  • Fixed SVG document preview image display

  • Corrected Sales Transaction report filtering on Company records

  • Fixed issue preventing non-required fields from being added to Contact creation screen

  • Resolved GetGeocode crash when no outcode mapping exists

  • Fixed API 500 error when creating Contacts without Division ID

  • Fixed issue with notes not inheriting Division when parent Opportunity is assigned

  • Fixed duplicate user names display when viewing reports

  • Fixed autosignup login to use "none" prompt correctly

  • Fixed Integration page crashes for non-admin users

  • Fixed sales representative "Current pipeline" chart to show certain value

  • Fixed pinned filters covering slideover on record screens

  • Fixed build awareness double underline for Magic Matrix

  • Fixed validation error display for secondary connections in initial wizard

  • Fixed issue allowing products to be added to groups when item creation is prevented

  • Fixed file download issues for Library files with special characters

  • Fixed issue with trailing spaces in emails ignoring "Populate To Email Address" option

  • Fixed Evo button disappearing when window is resized
