π― Goals Reimagined: Track, Measure & Achieve More
We've completely redesigned our Goals feature to give you more control and flexibility. The new system features a modern look that seamlessly integrates with our updated CRM interface, allowing you to create Goals for individual users, customers, and your entire business - including different Goals for each operating company if you manage multiple entities. You can now set Goals across various time periods (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly) and choose between calendar year or financial year tracking to match your business cycle.
When creating Goals for multiple Users or Customers, you can select a single period, enter your Goal values for the first time increment, and instantly apply them across remaining increments saving time and ensuring consistency throughout the year. For broader, business-wide Goals, you can set targets across all periods at once - giving you a clear, year-round view of your objectives. Whether you're managing detailed monthly targets or tracking quarterly milestones, the new Goals system flexibly supports the way your business operates.Β To enable the Goals functionality, navigate to System Settings and search for Goals or click here.
π€ Copilot Contact Creation
Our Copilot feature now supports intelligent Contact creation through natural language prompts. You can create Contacts using email addresses and the system will leverage social search to gather additional information. This feature includes smart conflict resolution, asking follow-up questions when email addresses already exist or when Company names match existing records. After creation, users are provided with direct links to the newly created records for immediate access.
