In this release, we’re dedicating our efforts to essential technical enhancements and behind-the-scenes optimisations to ensure better performance, stability, and overall reliability of our product. While there are no major feature updates this time, these changes are paving the way for a seamless user experience. Stay tuned as we continue to build on this progress and prepare for exciting future updates!

To give you some insight into what our team are working on during this period of technical enhancements and behind-the-scenes optimisations, we've detailed key bits below:

Telemetry Enhancements

We've added support for better understanding how you're using the CRM. This means we can now identify the most in-demand features and focus on improving them in our upcoming roadmap, ensuring you get the best experience possible.

Improved CRM Start-up Time

We've optimised the CRM's start-up time, so you can dive into your work faster without waiting around.

Internal Automated Testing Process

Our internal testing policies have been improved to catch more bugs before they reach you, resulting in a smoother, more reliable experience with fewer interruptions.

Refactored UI Components

We've reviewed and improved some of our older UI elements to make them more responsive and user-friendly.

Webhook Process Updates

Our internal process for creating webhooks has been updated to be more efficient. This will allow us to roll out updates to our webhooks more quickly, enhancing their capabilities.

Security Updates

We've made various security updates to ensure your data remains safe and secure. We're committed to being proactive about protecting your information.

US Data Center Improvements

We're investigating moving additional services and APIs to data centers in the US. This will enhance the speed and performance of the CRM for our users based in the US.

Word Document and Email Quote Customisation

We're investigating ways to make customising Word and Email Quote Tables easier for you.

🐛 Other Fixes & Enhancements

  • The Tasks list now shows “oldest” due dates first.

  • Fixed a bug in the CMS where mandatory delivery fields would prevent collection if phone number was mandatory.

  • Fixed typo in Project Creation settings (Access Financials).

  • Fixed a bug where changing the currency on a Quote would reset the selected Price Tier.

  • Phone number fields will now appear as read-only if they're customised in for scenarios where the Parent entity doesn't exist.

  • Fixed a bug with Home Currency totals using a different formula for Cin7 Omni.

  • Fixed a bug where exporting a Report to Excel from a Product search would fail if no search term was specified.

  • Fixed “type to search” prompts appearing in the wrong sequence for some drop-downs.

  • Fixed BOM decimal places not displaying in CRM.

  • Fixed some UI glitches with loading spinners on modal dialogs.

  • Fixed a bug where Companies could be created with GUID or other internal keys as their names in situations where a placeholder Sales Ledger had been created.

  • Mandatory tasks are no longer required if a record is deleted.

  • Fixed a bug where clicking directly on the checkbox in the Klaviyo settings would fail to cause the data to update.

  • Fixed a bug where things would say “As Word document” during the attachment screen even if they were not going to be attached as a Word document.

  • Fixed a crash when the Access Financials import encountered a currency with a null description.

  • Removed some unnecessary content dividers from the Business Contact creation window.

  • Fixed a bug where some restricted fields could appear in Reports if the Report loaded before the user data was retrieved.

  • Fixed a bug where a Currency drop-down would incorrectly appear in the B2C Contact creation window.

  • Fixed a bug where attaching files with special characters to emails would cause them to appear twice on the attachments list.

  • Fixed a bug where some incorrect points would be drawn in the future pipeline chart.

  • Fixed a bug where last updated/created by data could be updated via the API.
