To help you maintain your CRM Library, you can use the Bulk Action tool to move a group of files from one folder to another or to delete files in bulk rather than individually.
The CRM Library enables you to upload files to your CRM so they can be easily referenced by the team. The CRM Library provides a folder structure enabling you to store both uploaded files and links to external resources, such as SharePoint. Step 1: Navigate to CRM Library Folder
Firstly, navigate to the CRM Library folder where the files that you wish to move or delete are stored. Once within the correct folder, click the further options menu (three dots) located in the top right-hand corner and select 'Perform Bulk Action' from the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Select Files you wish to Move or Delete
You'll then be able to select the CRM Library files that you wish to move to another folder or delete. Click the 'Choose Action' button once happy with your selection.
You'll then be presented with two options; 'Delete Records' and 'Move to Folder'. Choose the appropriate option.
If you're moving the files to another folder, you'll be prompted to search for and select the new parent folder by clicking the 'Select' button.
