Reports and certain lists of information can be exported from the CRM into Excel.
It is important to note that only users of the CRM with the correct level of authorisation can use this functionality.
In the example below the list of all Leads under a Contact will be exported.
Clicking on the 3 dots will give you option to 'Export to Excel'.
Clicking on this will then give you the option to view or save the information in Excel.
