Please note: this feature is in Preview at the moment, which means we're still making a few tweaks here and there to make it even better. It also means that while all customers can benefit from the this feature right now, when it's out of Preview it may be restricted to certain subscriptions.

What are Kanban Reports?

Kanban reports are a way to visualise and move Opportunity records in the CRM system. The Kanban view displays all reported Opportunities as cards on a board, providing a clear overview of their current pipeline status. It is designed to increase visibility, improve efficiency and help the team focus.

The Kanban board divides each Opportunity into distinct columns based on their pipeline status, such as Lead, Qualified or Closed. This makes it easy to understand where each Opportunity is in the sales process and take further action if necessary.

How do I get access to Kanban Reports?

A preview version of our Kanban reports are available in v107 of the CRM. If you are on this version you can switch an Opportunity report to this view by selecting the Kanban / Report view toggle next to the refresh button in the top right of the report.

We hope you enjoy the new Kanban reports!
