Use the CRM on a mobile device

A guide on how to access the CRM on an Android or iPhone mobile device.

While the CRM isn't available to download via the App Store or Google Play Store, you can follow this method to create a shortcut for your CRM that will appear alongside other applications on the home screen.

The CRM is fully accessible on mobile devices through its responsive web interface, which adapts seamlessly to phone and tablet screens.


iPhone

Step 1: Navigate to Prospect CRM in Browser

Search for the Prospect CRM login page in your web browser and click the share icon at the bottom of your screen.

Step 2: Add to Home Screen

Select 'Add to Home Screen' from the options menu.

Step 3: Rename App

You'll be given an option to rename the app. Then, click 'Add' in the top right-hand corner.

Your "CRM App" will now appear on your home screen and will take you to the browser when selected.

Android

Step 1: Navigate to Prospect CRM in the browser

Search for the Prospect CRM login page in your web browser and click the further options menu (three dots).

Step 2: Add to Home Screen

Select 'Add to Home Screen' from the options menu.

Step 3: Rename App

You'll be given an option to rename the app. Then, click 'Add'.

Your "CRM App" will now appear on your home screen and will take you to the browser when selected.

Enabling Desktop View

If you prefer a layout similar to the desktop experience, you can enable Desktop View in your mobile browser settings.

Additional Tips

  • Bookmark the CRM login page in your browser for easy access.

  • Ensure your browser is updated to the latest version for optimal performance.
