How to Access the API Usage Graph

This article will help you navigate to the CRM's built-in API Usage Graph.

View the estimated monthly calls to third-party APIs using the API Usage Graph. Please note that this value is an estimate, so may not exactly match numbers provided by the third party system. API usage graphs will only log usage since the rollout of this feature (Version 90). Usage prior to that point will be missing.

Prerequisites

  • You'll need CRM Admin rights to follow the steps in this article

Step 1: Go to System Settings

Click on 'Settings' in the navigation menu, and select 'System Settings'.

Step 2: Navigate to Operating Companies

Click on the 'Integration' page, then select 'Click to Configure' under the Operating Companies setting.

Select the pencil icon against the Company you wish to view the API Usage Graph for.

Step 3: View API Usage

Scroll down and select the 'View API Usage' button to show the API Usage Graph.

Note: if you have a connection to an Inventory Management/Manufacturing System (Unleashed, DEAR Inventory/Cin7 Core, Cin7 Omni or Katana) and an Accounts system (Xero or QuickBooks Online) then this graph will show a total of the combined API calls. In future, we may look to improve this analysis with a more detailed breakdown.
