Exclude B2C contacts from RFM Analysis & Sales Order Analysis Data

Learn how to exclude your B2C Contacts from your overall sales data.

You may wish to exclude your B2C Contacts from your RFM Analysis and Sales Reports that appear on the CRM Dashboards to avoid distorting your B2B sales data. Follow the steps in this article to exclude these Contacts.

Prerequisites:

  • You'll need CRM Admin rights to follow the steps in this article

Step 1: Navigate to System Settings

To take you to our Settings page, navigate to the side panel and select 'Settings' then 'System Settings'.

Step 2: Search for B2C

In the search bar, type in 'B2C' and click enter.

Scroll down to the setting titled 'Include B2C Contacts in Sales Order Analysis'. If you don't want to include your B2C Contacts in the overall analysis, select 'Exclude'. Once selected, this will automatically save and your B2C Contacts will no longer show in your Sales Order Analysis or RFM Analysis.
