Please note: this feature is in Preview at the moment, which means we're still making a few tweaks here and there to make it even better. It also means that while all customers can benefit from Goals right now, when it's out of Preview it may be restricted to certain subscriptions.

Setting Goals for your business can be an important factor in your success. Our first Goal type includes Sales by Customer and by Account Manager! In future, we'll be looking to expand this functionality to include other Goal types too.

This guide explains how to enable Goals within the CRM.

Step 1: Open System Settings

The first step is to enable the Goals feature - simply head to the System Settings.

Step 2: Find Goals Setting

Then, use the search and type in 'Goals'.

Step 3: Enable Goals

Simply select 'Enabled' to turn the setting on.

You should then refresh the CRM to reload the page to make the 'Goals' page visible in the menu.

Now that you've enabled CRM Goals, click here to learn how to configure your Goal's metrics!
