So, once Stripe integration has been configured, you'll be able to specify Stripe as the expected payment method on a Quote, so you can then take card payments for orders within the CRM! There's even an option to default this if you expect all or most Quotes to be paid by card.

After that, send the Quote to the customer for authorisation through the Customer Portal, and they will be prompted for payment before the order is approved.
