Enabling the order confirmation popup will force your CRM users to confirm critical information about the Quote, like delivery details, order details (PO reference etc.), before sending the Quote or confirming the order to your Inventory Management, Accounting or ERP system.
Prerequisites
You'll need CRM Admin rights in order to follow the steps in this article
Step 1: Go to System Settings
To enable these internal notifications, click on 'Settings' in the left-hand pane, and select, 'System Settings'.
Step 2: Search System Settings & Enable
Using the Search, type in 'Popup' or 'Popup confirmation' and hit enter. Here, you'll find the 'Popup confirmation on Quotes and Orders' setting.
You can choose to set the popup to appear for:
Before confirming an order, and/or
Before sending an email/document
Simply tick the relevant box/boxes.
Step 3: Navigate to Quote/Sales Order
Find the Quote or Sales Order you'd like to confirm. Hit the 'Confirm' button, and the Order Confirmation Popup window will display. Here, your team can fill out additional information before confirming the order.
