Within the CRM you can determine when the Delivery Charge pop-up window appears to your CRM users. Depending on your business' process, you can choose for the delivery charges to be selected either before the order is confirmed or before sending an email or document. If you need to include the chosen delivery option within the Quote to the customer, then you'd be more likely to choose the second option.
You'll need CRM Admin rights in order to follow the steps in this article
Step 1: Go to Settings Centre
To change this system option, click on the settings drop down, then select System Settings.
Step 2: Navigate to Sales in Settings
Once within the Settings Centre, navigate to the Sales page. Here, you'll have the Delivery Charges configure option.
Within here you can choose the appropriate option.
