Configuring Fallback Delivery Option

This article outlines how to configure a Fallback Delivery option default within the CRM.

If your business if using the automatic delivery options, then you may require a 'Fallback Delivery' option. This option can be offered when no other delivery option is valid for the order, helping your business avoid an order being confirmed without a delivery charge.

Prerequisites

  • You'll need CRM Admin rights in order to follow the steps in this article

Step 1: Go to System Settings

To set the Fallback Delivery option, go to the navigation menu, click on the Settings, then select System Settings.

Step 2: Navigate to Sales in Settings

Once within the System Settings, navigate to the Sales page. Here, you'll have the Delivery Charges configure option.

From here, you can select a delivery option from the drop-down. Only the delivery options that have 'Active' selected for the Fallback will appear in the drop-down. Please take a look at our Configuring Automatic Delivery Charges to see how to set a delivery option as a Fallback.ย
