Setting a Default Order Due Date can be useful if your company has standard delivery terms, such as Next Day. Please note: the Due Date can be changed at the time of confirming an order if required.

Prerequisites

  • You'll need CRM Admin rights in order to follow the steps in this article

Step 1: Go to Settings Centre

To edit your Order Due Date, click on the settings drop down, then select System Settings.

Step 2: Navigate to Sales in Settings

Once within the Settings Centre, navigate to the Sales page and scroll down until you reach the Order Due Date Days Ahead configure option.

Step 3: Enable Option

To configure your Default Order Due Date, ensure you have this option 'Enabled'.

Step 4: Set Days

Once enabled, you'll be able to type in how many days in the future you'd like the Order Due Date to be set to. If set to 0, then it will choose today's date.
