Please note: We use Release Rings to systematically roll out new features to users in a way that minimises risk. This means that new updates aren't rolled out to every user on the day they're shipped. Instead, new versions are gradually delivered to a small percentage of customers each day within our specified Release Rings. Of course, if customers report issues with the new update, we can then pause the rollout while we investigate. So, if you can't see the newest updates yet, don't worry - you'll receive them in the next few weeks.

🤝 Revamped Welcome Page

We’ve overhauled and updated the Welcome Page that Free Trialists first see when they log in. Designed around the Growth Playbook, the page guides users through the process of configuring their system all the way through to signing up.

🧙‍♂️ Magic Matrix Initial Prototype

We’ve finished work on the initial prototype of our new Magic Matrix screen. It shows you a grid of categories and customers, indicating if they have bought those products, have an Opportunity logged for them, and if they’ve received marketing about them to help our customers identify marketing and sales opportunities more easily.

This is still being tested, so it's not available to customers at the moment, but we’ll be previewing the feature and getting feedback on the data and interface ready for a full release in a future version.

🐛 Other Updates & Fixes

  • Add visibility for the internal order notification email address as well as an option to enable this to send automatically for all orders as well as CMS ones

  • Added delivery phone number to delivery details page

  • Updated the CMS checkout plugin so it can prompt for delivery phone number

  • Updated the CMS checkout plugin so it can include an “agree terms” checkbox

  • Improved the handling of SKU changes. Now, if a product is imported with the same accounts ID as an existing product, the existing product will be obsoleted.

  • Fixed the timestamps that show on the recycle bin so they’re not affected by mass updates in upgrades

  • Added price tiers to the product view, sales ledger and quote creation for Cin7 and QuickBooks Commerce

  • Fixed a bug that prevented quote line xtra fields from being editable on quote line reports

  • Added Account Manager restrictions to the sales transaction product cube

  • Fixed Task dates not using the local date format

  • Fixed a bug where the currency calculation function would prevent the same product from having different prices on different lines of the same quote

  • Sending an email from a Quote or Problem under an Opportunity now creates a spoke entry

  • Updated quote defaults to set default values on settlement fields

  • Fixed a case sensitivity issue identifying email addresses in the Gmail addon

  • Fixed “contains” filters producing an error when first added to a field that cannot be null

  • Improved price rounding for unleashed operating companies to better match how Unleashed works

  • Updated QuickBooks Commerce product import to correctly mark products as obsolete when their variant parent is marked as disabled

  • Improved search performance for products and documents

  • Fixed QuickBooks Commerce product category import to no longer use variant parents

  • Added basic purchase order import for DEAR Inventory

  • Moved “Cancel Test Drive” from Admin Portal to Operations Portal

  • Moved DNS settings from Admin Portal to CMS Editor

  • Removed “Sites” section from Admin Portal

  • Removed v6 migration clean-up page from Admin Portal since it was not implemented

  • Removed obsolete tiles from Admin Portal homepage

  • Upsold quote lines no longer appear in grouping window since they're automatically grouped with their parent item
