For most of our customers, you'll already have the correct default time zone selected. However, you may need to update your default time zone if you're in a country that has multiple time zones e.g. USA, Australia etc.
By default, the CRM uses the time zone of the browser to display dates and times to each user in their current time zone. However, documents generated by background services, such as Task notification emails and document merge fields on quotation templates etc. will use the time zone specified here.

Step 1: Navigate to Default Time Zone Setting
To access the default time zone setting, search for 'time zone' within the Settings Centre.
Step 2: Select your Time Zone
From the drop-down, simply choose the correct time zone for your location. Going forward, all CRM services will now use the selected time zone.
