Selecting Price Tier when Quoting

Using pricing tiers to provide the right price to the right customers or prospects.

For your existing customers, we already import their assigned price tier from your linked Inventory Management or Accounting System. However, for your prospects, you'll need to choose the price tier that you wish to use when providing their first Quote or completing their first order. When creating a Quote via the CRM you can select the price tier that you wish use. Or, you can just use the default pricing set up in the integrated Inventory Management or Accounting System.

Prerequisites

  • This feature is currently only available to those who use Unleashed, Cin7 Core (DEAR Inventory) & CRM Special Pricing

Step: 1 Create Quote & Select Required Price Tier

When creating your new Quote, you'll be able to select the Sell Price Tier from the drop-down. This will include the Price Tiers that have been set up in your integrated Inventory Management/Accounting System or in the CRM Special Pricing.

Once happy with your selection, click the 'Create' button and your new Quote will be created using the pricing from the price tier selected.

Step 2: Selecting Price Tier After Creating Quotation

You can also change the price tier after creating the Quote by navigating to the 'Details' page. Here, you can select the correct Sell Price Tier from the drop-down.
