If your Save to CRM version is out of date, the below message will pop up in your Outlook.

To update your Save to CRM, simply select the 'Click here' link, then follow the steps below.

Please note: If you're unable to complete this upgrade or install Save to CRM, then you may need your IT Admin to enable Add-ins for Outlook.

Step 1: Download the Add-In file

Click the link below to download. This can then be found in your Downloads folder.

Step 2: Navigate to Add-ins in Outlook

To re-install the Save to CRM Add-in, you'll first need to uninstall the add-in. In Outlook, navigate to the Home tab, and select 'Get Add-ins', which is usually situated on the right-hand side.

In the 'My add-ins' section, you'll find 'Custom add-ins'.

Step 3: Remove Save to CRM Add-in

On the Save to CRM add-in, click the three dots and select 'Remove' from the list.

Step 4: Navigate Back to Add-ins in Outlook

In Outlook, click on the Home tab again and back into 'Get Add-ins'.

Step 5: Add a Custom Add-in

Go to 'My add-ins' on the left-hand side again, and click the link that reads 'Add a custom add-in'.

Step 5: Insert URL

Then, choose the option 'Add from File...' from the drop-down.

Now select the file you just downloaded. Likely called savetocrm.xml

Click 'Open' then 'Install' to add the Save to CRM add-in to your Outlook.
