The web extended description can be set for a product item to provide customers with further information about a particular product.

To edit a web extended description for a product, you'll first need to find the required Product in the CRM using the global search. 

Once you've found and opened the required product record, navigate to the Web page on the left-hand side. Here, you have the Web Extended Description field where you can type in the required additional product information.
