📃Quote Importer

You can now use our standard import tool to bulk import Quotes into the CRM. Each quote line can be added as a separate row in your spreadsheet, with a quote identifier column to group lines into complete quotes. The importer automatically pulls Quote header details from the first row of each unique quote identifier, so you don’t need to repeat header data for every line.

The feature supports comprehensive field mapping including customer details, line items with SKUs and descriptions, delivery addresses, currencies, VAT rates, and even allows for combined lead/quote creation when pipeline and lead status information is provided. This saves time and reduces errors when importing large volumes of quote data.

✅Task Management Enhancements

We’ve introduced several improvements to make task management clearer and give you more control:

  • Flexible Notifications: Task assignment notifications are now separate from Task update notifications, so you receive the right information at the right time. You can also choose to disable either type of notification.

  • Improved Sorting: Overdue Tasks are now sorted more intuitively in task lists. The most recently overdue Tasks appear at the top, while older overdue Tasks are shown at the bottom, making it easier to prioritise work items.

  • Enhanced Reporting: Task reports now include parent record entity link columns, providing better context and visibility into task relationships.

  • Workload Visibility: When rescheduling a Task, you'll now see how many other tasks the assigned user already has on your chosen date, making it easier to balance workloads and avoid overloading team members.

📊 New Dashboard Tile - My Records

A new "My Records" dashboard tile is now available to be added to your Customisable Dashboards. This tile displays all open Opportunities, Problems, and Enquiries where you are the owner or assigned user and provides a quick at-a-glance view of all records requiring your attention in one convenient location.
