If your business if using the automatic delivery options then you may require a No Other Valid option. The delivery option chosen as the No Other Valid option will be offered when no other delivery option is valid for the order. The benefit of having this set is to avoid an order being confirmed without a delivery charge.
To configure your No other Valid Delivery Option, you will require Prospect Administrator rights. If you require these rights, then please speak to your key CRM Admin user or our Customer Services Team.
To set the No other Valid Delivery option, click on the cog icon in the bottom left-hand corner to take you to the Settings Centre.
Once within the Settings Centre, navigate to the 'Sales' section and within here you will have the Delivery Charges configure option.
From here, you can select a delivery option from the drop-down. Only the delivery options that have 'Active' selected for the No Valid Default will appear in the drop-down. Please take a look at our Configuring Automatic Delivery Charges to see how to set a delivery option as a No Valid Default.
