Setting a Default Order Due Date can be useful if your company has standard delivery terms, such as Next Day. Please note, the Due Date can be changed at the time of confirming an order if required.
To configure your Default Order Due Date you will require Prospect Administrator rights. If you require these then please speak to your CRM Admin user or our Customer Services Team.
To edit your Order Due Date, click on the cog icon in the bottom left-hand corner.
Once within the Settings Centre, navigate to the 'Sales' section and scroll down until you reach the 'Order Due Date Days Ahead' configure option.
To configure your Default Order Due Date, ensure you have this option 'Enabled'. Once enabled, you will be able to type in how many days in the future you would like the Order Due Date to be set to. If set to 0, then it will choose the current date.
