What is an Enquiry Web Form?

CRM Enquiry Web Forms allow you to create embeddable forms that you can add to your website. These forms can then be used to gather details and automatically create Enquiries in the CRM for your team to review and promote to Opportunities.

How do you Create an Enquiry Form?

We've got a detailed guide on how to setup and configure Enquiry Web Forms here. Please read this article first before getting started!

How to embed an Enquiry Web Form on a Landing Page

Once you've created your Enquiry Web Form, head to 'Landing Page' in the CRM, navigate to the specific page where you want to embed your form. There are a number of quick and easy methods for embedding a form:

1. Pre-made Sections

Under the 'Section' tab on the left-hand navigation, you'll see pre-built sections to choose from. Filter by the drop-down for 'Forms', select a design, and customise as you like. A placeholder form will be pulled through onto the page, to ensure the right Enquiry Web Form appears, click on the placeholder form and select an Enquiry Web Form from the drop-down.

(This is why its important to set your Enquiry Web Forms up first otherwise there will be no form to select)

2. Elements Bar

On the 'Elements' bar, select the 'Embed Form' option on the far right and select a form from the drop-down.

3. Code Snippet

Another way of embedding a form is via the Code Snippet function, also accessible from the 'Elements' bar. Drag the code icon onto your landing page.

Next, grab your script from your Enquiry Web Form 'Details' tab, simply copy and add your code to the code block.

Note: When using any of these methods, once a form is selected from the drop down or the code snippet is complete, the form will display in the build interface as a grey loading circle. Don't be concerned, this is not how the form will appear in the live version, you can preview form appearance in the Preview area. Once published, the form will reflect the design seen in Preview mode.

Where do Form Enquiries save?

Once you have your Enquiry Web Form embedded on your Landing Page and published, enquiries will start pulling through in the 'Enquiries' tab of your chosen Enquiry Web Form. Navigate to 'Marketing' > 'Forms' and select your Enquiry Web Form.

You can even link a campaign activity to the Enquiry Web Form so all your leads are captured in one place to target with Marketing activities.
