Thank you for continuing to log your feedback and suggestions via the Ideas Portal. We've already delivered almost 500 of your ideas in Prospect CRM, with plenty more in Preview and some of the most highly voted ideas currently planned or in development.
In this announcement, we're excited to provide an update of our plans and ambitions for the big features that will land in your CRM soon - many of which started as suggestions logged by customers in the Ideas Portal! The Growth Engine
What is it?
The Growth Engine is a powerful business intelligence tool built by experts in business, AI and mathematical modelling from Oxford Brookes University and the Prospect CRM team. We've been working on this big initiative for over a year, helped by significant funding from Innovate UK (a government body charged with stimulating the economy through innovation). This business intelligence dashboard uniquely identifies areas of opportunity to help you drive sales growth - get more customers and maximise customer lifetime value.
When's the expected release?
With customer analysis, predictive insights and benchmarking already in use by early adopters, we're nearly ready to roll out the Growth Engine to all customers! We're now in the final stages of gathering feedback before release to make the Growth Engine even better. Our expected Preview release is June 2024. Automation Flows
What is it?
Automation Flows trigger a series of automated actions to be run at given time intervals following a specific trigger. We've already released this in Preview with one type of trigger to automatically chase Quotations. Following lots of positive feedback, we're working on expanding the range of actions and triggers!
When's the expected release?
The first trigger is available to use now, but stay tuned for more actions and triggers due Summer/Autumn 2024. Learn more about Automation Flows so far, then head to your CRM settings to turn it on!
Activities, Tasks & Events
What is it?
The number 1 Ideas Portal request is for improved Calendar functionality, number 2 is for more activity reporting, and number 3 is for an improved Task system...so we're embarking on a big project to tackle all three!
When's the expected release?
This is a big project, so will be rolled out in stages. We're also going to be undertaking lots of user-testing with Preview and early adopter user groups at each stage. With that in mind, we're expecting the first of these features to be available in Preview May 2024. Landing Pages
What is it?
Enquiry Web Forms is one of our most popular recent features. Landing pages builds on Enquiry Web Forms by allowing users to quickly build micro sites to host forms as part of any marketing campaign (including email, PPC etc.) without having to involve web designers or new website pages.
When's the expected release?
We're hoping to have this in Preview as early as June 2024.
