Manage your CRM subscription

Go to your account's Billing Details to update your subscription's payment details or upgrade your subscription.

Billing Details

Use the Billing Details page to upgrade your CRM subscription or change your subscription's payment card.

Step 1: Go to Subscription Settings

From the main menu, select 'Settings' > 'Subscription'.

Step 2: Upgrade Subscription

In the Billing Details page, select the 'Upgrade subscription' drop-down in the top right and select 'Uprgade subscription'. If you have the appropriate CRM Admin rights, you will now be able to choose your new subscription.

Step 3: Change Card Details

In the Billing Details page, select the 'Upgrade subscription' drop-down in the top right and select 'Change Card Details'.

An email will then be sent to our CRM Accounts team, and a dedicated member from the team will reach out to assist you further as soon as possible.
