With Unleashed, CRM is available in three module tiers: Sales Growth (SG), Marketing Accelerator (MA), and Full CRM (FC). Each tier builds on the one below it, so you only pay for the features your business needs. Choosing the right module gives your team the tools to grow revenue, retain customers, and run more efficiently, without unnecessary complexity.
Important: You can upgrade from Sales Growth to Marketing Accelerator to Full CRM at any time, via your Unleashed Billing. All existing data is preserved.
CRM modules explained
Sales Growth (SG): The base tier covers core sales, contact management, quoting, and orders.
Marketing Accelerator (MA): Everything in Sales Growth, plus marketing campaigns, lead generation tools, and email marketing integrations.
Full CRM (FC): Everything in Marketing Accelerator, plus customer service, RFM analysis, advanced pricing, automations, and a much wider range of integrations and customisation options.

Sales Growth
