The updates mentioned will be automatically applied to respective CRM modules. You don't need to do anything to receive these changes.
V155: July 2026
Full CRM
The following updates will apply only to the Full CRM module, and will not be available to Sales Growth or Marketing Accelerator.
Import Problems in bulk
You can now import Problems directly through the Data Importer, making it faster to migrate existing data and keep your CRM up to date without manual entry.
The importer supports all the key fields you'd expect: Created Date, Status, Status Details, Problem Type, Contact Email, Company ID, Description, and Note.
You can bring across complete, well-structured records in a single pass, taking the manual effort out of managing Problems at scale.
Key benefits:
Faster migration: Bring existing Problems data into the CRM without manual entry.
Less time, fewer clicks: Get set up and stay current with significantly less effort.
Include future-dated orders in Missing Orders
A new system option allows future-dated Orders to be included in Missing Orders calculations. This benefits industries such as brewing and food service, where forward ordering is standard business practice. This system setting is off by default.
See total weight and volume on quotes
When enabled, the Quote Header now calculates and displays the total weight and volume for a quote. The units of measure are taken from the configured product lines.
Report on event attendees
A new Event Attendees entity expands each Event's attendee email addresses into a dedicated table, creating a reporting join path between Events, Attendees, and Contacts.
Marketing Accelerator and Full CRM
The following update will apply to the Marketing Accelerator and Full CRM modules, but not to the Sales Growth module.
Decide which marketing activities count as active engagement
Administrators can now decide which marketing activities count as genuine engagement, giving you precise control over your engagement reporting.
Administrators can configure each marketing activity type: sent, opened, or clicked, independently, deciding whether it counts toward active engagement.
When enabled for a given type, that activity updates the Contact's last active engagement date.
All activity types default to off, preserving existing behaviour for systems that haven't yet configured this setting.
Key benefits:
Engagement on your terms: Decide for yourself what counts as active engagement, so your reporting reflects the interactions that matter most.
Sales Growth, Marketing Accelerator and Full CRM
The following updates will apply to the Sales Growth, Marketing Accelerator and Full CRM modules.
Set a default activity type for notes
Administrators can now choose which activity type is pre-selected when a user logs a note. If your team mostly logs the same type of activity, this removes the repetitive click of selecting it every time.
A new Default Activity Type system setting lets administrators choose the activity type that's pre-selected when logging a note.
The setting defaults to General Note, so nothing changes for you unless you decide to configure it.
Key benefits:
Faster logging: Cut out repetitive clicks and capture activity more quickly.
Tailored to your team: Set the default that best matches how your team works.
See last activity on contacts and companies at a glance
A new Last Activity field gives you instant visibility of the most recent interaction on any Contact or Company, without needing to search through the notepad.
The Last Activity field updates automatically whenever a document is created, a task is created or completed, or a note is added.
To keep tracking clear, we've renamed two existing fields: Last Activity is now Last Note Type, and Last Activity Date is now Last Note Date. These renamed fields continue to reflect only the last note added to the activity timeline.
📌 Note: The new Last Activity field tracks the most recent interaction of any kind, while Last Note Type and Last Note Date only reflect the last note added.
Key benefits:
Clearer visibility at a glance: Instantly see the latest interaction on any Contact or Company.
More accurate tracking: Clearer field names make it easy to tell recent activity apart from the last note added.
Find customers faster in Sales Ledger search
Sales Ledger search results now include the ledger display description alongside the account code, making it easier to find the customer you're looking for. This is especially useful if your system is connected to Xero, where account codes are shown instead of customer names.
Get a suggested account code automatically
If you enter an account code that's already in use while creating a company, the CRM now suggests the next available code by incrementing the trailing digits. For example, entering BROW05 when it's already in use will suggest BROW06.
Address details shown by default when creating a company
The address block, including postcode lookup, now appears by default on the Create Company screen. This matches the existing behaviour when creating a company from the Contact creation flow, and reduces the amount of manual data entry needed.
Manually mark sales orders and purchase orders as obsolete
Administrators can now manually mark a Sales Order, Sales Order Header, Purchase Transaction, or Purchase Order as obsolete directly within the CRM.
This helps in situations where a connected system hard-deletes a confirmed order, which the CRM can't otherwise detect through its regular import sync.
