You'll need CRM Admin rights in order to follow the steps in this article
Step 1: Go to System Settings
Click on 'Settings' in the navigation menu, and select 'System Settings'.
Step 2: Search for Setting
Search for "Two Way Syncing" in the search bar and hit enter. You'll then find the "Fix incorrect Account Managers overnight" setting and can choose to either disable or enable the sync.
If you enable the setting, Account Managers will be imported through your Inventory Management/Accounting/ERP system and will overwrite the existing Account Managers allocated in Prospect CRM.
Please note: This will happen during nightly maintenance and will override all Account Managers for Companies that have ledgers assigned to them.
