Single Companies, or Single Site Companies provide a simple interface for Companies that have just one site/office. However, you may have some customers who have more than one office - so it's possible to convert a Company to a Company Group. In this article, we'll take a look at how to move the parent Company Group of a Company.

Go to a Company (single Company) record, and click on the further options menu (three dots) in the top right-hand corner. Choose 'Move Company'.

In the search bar, search for the Company Group you want this Company to be situated under. You can also create a new Company Group using the button on the right-hand side of the search bar.

The breadcrumb link should now show your Company sitting directly underneath your chosen Company Group.
