Single Companies, or Single Site Companies provide a simple interface for Companies that have just one site/office. However, you may have some customers who have more than one office - so it's possible to convert a Company to a Company Group. In this article, we'll take a look at how to change the parent Company Group of a Company.

Go to a Company (single Company) record, and click on the further options menu (three dots) in the top right-hand corner. Choose 'Change Parent'.

In the search bar, search for the Company Group you want this Company to be situated under.

The breadcrumb link should now show your Company sitting directly underneath your chosen Company Group.
