By linking an Equipment Item to a Problem, CRM users can see how many Problems certain Equipment Items have had.
To use Contracts & Equipment features, enable them via the Settings Centre - here's how
Step 1: Adding Equipment to Problem
Once you've logged a Problem in Prospect, you can link the relevant Equipment Item.
To link the Equipment Item, click into the "Equipment" drop-down, located in the Categorisation tile.
Here, you can search for the equipment the Problem relates to.
Simply select the Equipment Item that the Problem is for and it'll then be related going forward.
