In order to start using the Contracts and Equipment features, you'll need to enable them within the Settings Centre first.

Prerequisites

  • You'll need CRM Admin rights in order to follow the steps in this article

Step 1: Settings Centre

Head to the System Settings on the left-hand side of the CRM.

Step 2: Enabling Settings

Once in the System Settings, click the search icon in the top right corner of the page, search for 'Contracts' and hit enter.

You'll need to select the 'Enable' button in order for it to appear on your system.

For Equipment, simply follow the same steps above, but search for 'Equipment' into the search bar of the System Settings instead, then select 'Enable'.
