You can convert a single company to a company group when a customer has more than one office or site. This lets you manage multiple companies under one group, with each site as a separate company record.

Prerequisites
You'll need access to the company record you want to convert
Convert a company into a group
Open the single company record you want to convert.
Click the three dots in the top right-hand corner, then click Convert to Company Group.
Click Confirm.
You'll then see the new company group, where you can add additional companies. See Creating a New Company Under an Existing Company Group to continue setting up your group.
Revert to a single company
You can also convert a company group back to a single company if needed.
