šŸ“‚Tasks and Records Side Panel

We've enhanced the Tasks side panel to create a new Tasks and Records workspace, giving you a single place to view and manage your assigned work without needing to switch between dashboards and record lists.

What's new?

  • Tasks and Records in one place – The Tasks panel has been expanded into Tasks and Records, with dedicated Tasks and My Records tabs. You can now view your assigned Tasks, Opportunities, Problems and Enquiries in one convenient location, with count badges providing an instant overview of your workload.

  • More informative record cards – Record cards now display richer key information and tags at a glance, helping you quickly identify and prioritise records without needing to open each one individually.

Key benefits

  • Stay focused while working - View and manage your key records without navigating away from your current page.

  • Prioritise more effectively - Richer record information makes it easier to identify the most important records and take action faster.

⚔Automation Workflows Enhancements

We've enhanced Automation Workflows with new scheduling capabilities, more flexible trigger options, and improved task associations, helping you automate processes more accurately and efficiently.

What's new?

  • New "Wait Until" action - You can now pause workflows until a specific date, day of the week/month, or a date derived from the triggering record, with optional time windows to ensure actions occur at the right moment.

  • Multiple workflows can be triggered by the same document template - This removes the need to duplicate templates when different teams or scenarios require separate automation paths, making maintenance simpler and reducing the risk of inconsistencies.

  • Improved workflow linking to Tasks – Tasks created from Quote-triggered workflows are now automatically linked to the closest parent record that supports Tasks. This gives users a direct route from the Task to the associated Opportunity, Contact, or Company record.

Key benefits

  • Automate around real business schedules – Schedule follow-ups, reviews, notifications and other automated actions to run on specific days and times, rather than relying on fixed delays.

šŸŖ„Other Enhancements

  • Quotes - Overtyped prices are no longer recalculated by default. Clicking recalculate on expired prices now raises a confirmation modal, with an opt-in checkbox to also recalculate overtyped lines. Additionally, the duplicate Quote dialog now offers options for preserving prices, recalculating standard prices, or recalculating all prices. This protects agreed customer pricing from being silently overwritten.

  • Tasks - Specific Task Types can now be flagged as Active Engagement, mirroring the existing Activity Type functionality. When a Task of a configured type is completed, the record's Last Active Engagement date is automatically updated, ensuring task-based customer interactions are accurately reflected in engagement reporting.

  • Email - All email sending now counts as Active Engagement, rather than only emails sent against a Quote.

  • Sales Ledger Stats - Added a "Last Full Financial Year" sales value to Sales Ledger stats, so account managers can compare financial-year-to-date performance against the full prior financial year rather than only the equivalent point last year.

  • Unleashed – We’ve now implemented Advanced Stock Calculation for our Unleashed integration. Purchase Order transaction types and warehouses are populated correctly on import, so products with outstanding future Purchase Orders no longer report Total Inc. Future Stock as zero and customers can trust incoming stock figures when quoting.

šŸ›Bug Fixes

  • Unleashed - Resolved an issue where Contacts synced through the two-way contact sync could incorrectly continue to display the option to sync with Unleashed, despite already being matched and updated successfully. This was caused by the associated Account ID not being recorded correctly.

  • Quotes - Fixed an issue where Quote lines pasted into a quote could revert to standard pricing after a quantity change. Prices are now correctly marked as custom and retain their value when pasted Quote lines are updated.

  • Reporting - Fixed an issue where the Last YTD Sales Value could display incorrect or missing values. The calculation now correctly uses the full previous YTD period.

  • Reports - Fixed an issue that could prevent users without delete permissions from resetting a private report version back to the public version, resulting in a 403 error.

  • Reports - Selecting another user's version of a report now opens the report view rather than the create a new report screen.

  • Products - Fixed an issue where the tag selector could briefly flicker when clicking Configure while setting up a tag on a product item.

  • Products - Imported Unit of Measure fields are now correctly displayed as read-only on the Product record page, so validation errors should not be displayed anymore when simply viewing a product.

  • Goals - Closing the Add Goal modal no longer closes the entire Goals screen. The modal is now a separate full screen window with its navigation buttons in the footer and clearer step naming.

  • Save to CRM - Fixed a layout issue affecting the Create step of the Outlook Desktop and Web add-ins, ensuring drop-downs and text fields display correctly and allowing new contact details to be entered successfully.

  • Users - Fixed an issue where revoking access for external users did not complete successfully, causing access permissions to remain unchanged.
