Campaign Activities contain lists of Contacts who will be invited to an event or included as part of a marketing activity. Specific Contacts can be added through Reports and also from individual Contact records.
 
From a Contact record simply select the 3 dots drop down option as shown below.

This will then allow you to search for the Campaign Activity which you would like the Contact adding to. 

Once added, the Activity will show up on the Contact record and the Contact will show up on the Activity record. 

You are also able to add Contacts from a Report to an Activity. 

Once you have run the required Report, just follow the same steps as outlined previously. Select the 3 dots and then pick 'Add to Campaign Activity'.
