Within the CRM you can set whether a business has an Account Manager and who that Account Manager is, at either Company or Division Level. You may have Account Managers that look after an entire company, or you may have Account Managers that look after individual Divisions. Therefore, we give you the option to where you set your Account Managers.

To configure where you set Account Managers you will require Prospect Administrator rights. If you require these then please speak to your CRM Admin user or our Customer Services Team. 

To edit where you set Account Managers, click on the cog icon in the bottom left-hand corner.

Once within the Settings Centre, navigate to the 'People & Places' section and scroll down until you reach the 'Set Account Managers by Division' configure option.

Within the above example, Account Managers would be set at Division level. To change this just click on the drop-down option and change this to Company Level.
