Setting a default Order Due Date can be useful if your company has standard delivery terms such as Next Day. Please note the Due Date can be changed at the time of confirming an order if required.
To configure your Default Order Due Date you will require Prospect 365 Administrator rights, if you require these then please speak to your key CRM user or our Customer Services Team.
To edit your Order Due Date, click on the settings icon in the bottom left-hand corner.
Once within the Settings Centre, navigate to the Sales section & scroll down until you reach the Order due date days ahead configure option.
To configure your Default Order Due Date, ensure you have this option Enabled. Once enabled you will be able to type in the how many days in the future you would like the Order Due Date to be set to. If set to 0 then it will choose the current today's date.
