Merge fields are great for personalising and tailoring documents to send to your customers. These work by pulling through the correct information to fit the unique field, meaning that one document can be used for lots of different contacts. Not only can you find a full list of merge fields below, but we also have a Word add-in you can get for Word documents, and search functionality within the email templates using the Field Selector.

Custom Fields

Custom Fields do have merge fields but as the merge field for the custom field will be the database name, you should consult the Word Add-In to get the correct merge field for the field you wish. The Word Add-In will display these with the label you have assigned to the custom fields. You can find details on the Word Add-In here.
