Ensuring the CRM is enabled via your firewall.

In order to make sure the CRM works as smoothly as possible, you may need to allow certain CRM URLs through your network. These settings will most likely be managed by your own IT team, so feel free to forward this guide onto them so they can complete these steps.

Please whitelist the following URLs:

  • *.prospect365.com

  • prospectlogin.b2clogin.com

  • lidocmgmtapi.azurewebsites.net

  • liidentityb2csto.blob.core.windows.net

  • limediaserviceapi.azurewebsites.net

  • lipsclearbitwrapper.azurewebsites.net

  • lioutlooksavetocrmappv2.azurewebsites.net

  • lipspostcodeanywhereapi.azurewebsites.net

  • listripe.azurewebsites.net

  • api.stripe.com

  • listun1svc.cloudapp.net

  • lioutlookstcrmbundlesto.blob.core.windows.net
