Getting Support for CRM

Understanding the support available to you from our dedicated Support Teams.

Click on the speech bubble icon , located in the bottom right-hand corner of your CRM account, for in-app access to the latest updates, self-help articles, and support for CRM.

Ask a Question

To get fast and effective help on using the CRM, head to the same speech-bubble icon in your CRM account and select "Ask a question". This connects you with our Digital Assistant, available 24/7, which can provide instant answers to common questions. For anything more complex, ask to speak to a member of the Support team who are on hand to help!

Phone Support

If you're subscribed to either the Standard or Premier Customer Success Plan, you will also have the option to call our Support team.

Important: Phone support is not available to those subscribed to the free, Essentials CSP.

Ongoing support

Any conversations you've had with our Digital Assistant and Support team, or any tickets that have been raised for you, will be available to review at any time, via the in-app messenger.
