Updating Web Catalogue Options for a Product Item

This article outlines how to update the web catalogue options for a product item within the CRM.

The Web Catalogue options determine a web product's online status. The Web Catalogue includes the following options:

  • Yes: Choose this option if you want the product to be displayed on the website with an 'Add to basket' option and a displayed price. 

  • No: Choose this option if you don't want the product to display on the website. 

  • Yes but hide 'Add to Basket' button: Choose this option if you want the product to appear on the website, but with the 'Add to Basket' button hidden. This option is useful if you wish to market this product on your website, but if it's not available to buy yet. 

  • Yes but hide Price and 'Add to Basket' button: Choose this option if you want the product to appear on the website but without a price and without an 'Add to basket' button. This option is useful if the product varies in price depending on the customer's requirements. Usually, you'd have a message that instructs visitors to contact your business for a price if they're interested in purchasing this product. 

Step 1: Locate Product

To update the Web Catalogue option for a particular product, simply search for one using the global search and open it.

Step 2: Go to Web Page & Choose Web Catalogue Option

On the Product, navigate to the Web page. Here, you can choose the appropriate option from the Web Catalogue drop-down.
