Quote Expiry Dates define how long a Quote is valid for. A user can always change this manually on an individual Quote where required; however, setting a default can save your staff time and provide consistency in your customer experience.
When a Quote has expired, the CRM will display a warning bar to inform the user.
To configure your Default Quote Expiry Date, you will require Prospect Administrator rights. If you require these then please speak to your CRM Admin user or our Customer Services Team.
To edit your Default Quote Expiry Date, click on the cog icon in the bottom left-hand corner.
Once within the Settings Centre, navigate to the 'Sales' section and scroll down until you reach the 'Default Quote Expiry' configure option.
Simply type in how many days your Quotes should be valid for by default. In the above example we have set 30 days, so whenever a new Quote is created, the Expiry Date will be set 30 days ahead.
