To sign into the system, navigate to crm.prospect365.com via your web browser.
If you do not have a password, then you can use the forgotten password route which will send you a temporary password.
Once logged in, on the left-hand side of your page, you'll be shown a menu listing the areas available to you in the CRM. Click on one of the options listed, navigate to the function, or display its sub-menu for further selection.
Depending on the permissions you have set, you may not have access to all of these applications. If you think you should have access to one of these applications, contact your internal CRM Administrator.
At the top of the menu, use the Search field to locate records, reports or existing data in your account. Or click on the Create button for quick access to creating new companies, contacts, reports, opportunities, and more.
