Before an Account Manager can be set against a Division the user of the CRM must be set as one from within the Admin tables. Once this is done the user will then appear in the Account Manager drop down as an option to be selected. 

On a Division record select the Account Manager drop down as shown as below.

This list will display any users of the CRM who have been marked as a Account Manager from within the Admin tables. 

Once selected they will then be displayed as the Account Manager and can be searched for by using the Report Builder.
