This article outlines how our Prospect Points can be used towards your CRM.

Changes happen all the time in business. Business strategy, processes and goals evolve and develop. 

Prospect Points are designed to give you the flexibility you need to get trained, get help, or even make adjustments and customisations to your solutions, as and when you need them.

Whether it’s a day's training, an Onboarding Experience, a new field here, a Report update there, or even a custom app - Prospect Points allow you to benefit from scaling discounts on our services and the flexibility to consume those services whenever you like. All Prospect Points (sold in Packs) are valid for 12 months, so you don’t have to know how you want to spend all your points from day one, meaning you can call them off as you wish!

Please note: payment for all Points Packs must be made via Direct Debit.

How does it work?

Points are available to purchase in Packs. The Packs feature built-in scaling discounts, meaning that you can be sure to get the very best value for money. If you've got a larger project in mind, or would just like to stock up on Points, you can buy any combination of Packs to meet your needs.
