Using the Next Record and Previous Record buttons can help you to quickly review your data. You can use these when analysing records from a Report or when looking at a specific business' CRM record. Within this article, we will look at using the Next Record and Previous Record buttons when reviewing CRM records from your Report.
Step 1: Open a Record
Firstly, you will need to open a record from the Report by clicking on the record's description. In the example below, we have the 'All Open Leads' Report, and to open a Lead record from this Report, we need to click on the Lead's Description.
Step 2: Using the Next Record Button
Once your CRM record is open, you will notice the Next Record and Previous Record buttons along the top of the record (up and down arrow icons). To go to the next record, simply click on the 'Next Record' button.
By clicking the 'Next Record', the next record within the Report will open. To navigate back to the previous record, simply click the 'Previous Record' button.
