Quick create allows users to quickly generate a new Word document or Email using your document templates within the CRM. Quick create should be configured for document templates that are regularly used such as your quote document template.

  1. Open the Document Template configure window from the settings centre. 

  2. Click on the pencil icon of the document template that you wish to add to your quick create documents.

3. By clicking the pencil icon a side panel will appear, where you can set the Quick Email option to Yes. 

4. Now that we have set this template as Quick Create, you will be able to use the document template straight from the further options menu on the CRM record. In the example below, we have set the Email Quote template as a quick create option & can use this straight from the further options menu ('Create Email Quote').
