Prerequisites
You'll need CRM Admin rights in order to follow the steps in this article
Step 1: Go to System Settings
To edit your Product Restrictions, go to the navigation menu, click on the Settings, then select System Settings.
Step 2: Navigate to Products & Stock in Settings
Once within the System Settings, navigate to the Products & Stock page, and scroll down until you reach the Product Restrictions & Authorisations configure option.
Step 3: Configure Product Restrictions
By selecting the 'Click here to Configure' link, the Configure Product Authorisation window will open. Here, all of your current Product Authorisations will be listed. To add a new one, simply click on the plus icon in the top right-hand corner.
You'll then be asked to give the Product Authorisation a Description. Make sure this is relevant to the scenario where this will be used, so all CRM users understand when this restriction should be applied. Click 'Create'.ย
