The Lead Size & Margin features on a Lead record, helping you to record how big of an opportunity this sale entails. The drop down options should be ranges e.g. 1-2k but can be configured to your preference. 

In order to configure the Lead Size & Margin within the CRM, you must have the correct level of authority attached to your CRM login. If you do not. then please contact the Customer Services Team or the Key CRM user within your business. 

To edit your Lead Size & Margin, click on the settings icon in the bottom left-hand corner.

Once within the Settings Centre, navigate to the Sales section & scroll down until you reach the Lead Size configure option.

By selecting the 'Click here to Configure' link the Configure Lead Size window will open. Within this window all of your current Lead Sizes will be listed. To add a new one click on the + icon in the top right-hand corner. 

You will now be able to start filling out information about your new Lead Size. The description should be relevant for all CRM users & helpfully summarise the Lead Size e.g. 1-2K. You can also enter the associated average value which will be the valued used on best, likely & worst figures on standard reports. Once happy with the information entered click 'Create' & your new Lead Size will be created.  

To obsolete any old Lead Sizes, click on the pencil icon for the required Lead Size & click 'Obsolete'.
