If you are already on a Free Trial and have decided you would like to get your trial account integrated to Unleashed, skip straight to Step 4 of this guide to get it configured.

Please note: You need to have Unleashed Admin permissions in order to set up the integration using the following steps.

Step 1: Sign Up for a Free Trial

If you haven't already signed up for a Free Trial of Prospect CRM, go ahead and register at signup.prospect365.com

Step 2: Configure the Integration to Unleashed

You will automatically be taken to the Welcome page within your Free Trial account. In the Getting Started section, press the 'Configure Now' button on the right-hand side. Unleashed should already be selected for you in the drop-down list.

If you're already on a Free Trial with us and decide you'd like to configure the integration to Unleashed after all, navigate to the Welcome page by clicking the tick icon in the top right-hand corner of the CRM and follow the same steps.

Step 3: Copy & Paste your Unleashed ID & Key

If Unleashed is already selected, all you now need to do is copy and paste your ID & Key from Unleashed into the fields. These can be found in your Unleashed system as shown in the below screenshot. If you require any assistance with this, please don't hesitate to get in contact with us on 0330 0880 365. 

Once you've pasted the ID & Key into the fields in the CRM, press the blue 'Save' button.

You will then see a message saying that your data is importing from Unleashed. Depending on how much data you have to import e.g. lots of ledgers and sales history, this process can take a short while to complete.

Question:
If I set special prices in Unleashed, will these come through to the CRM?

Answer:
Yes - as long as the customer's Unleashed account is linked with their CRM Division record, these prices will pull through.

How does a confirmed CRM Quote appear in Unleashed?

Answer:
A confirmed CRM Quote or Sales Order will appear as a Sales Order on the customer's account within Unleashed.

Where do I issue the invoice for the customer's order?

Answer:
You would generate the invoice from Unleashed off the back of the customer's Sales Order.

Can I create a product from the CRM rather than in Unleashed?

Answer:
Yes you can using the our Product Creator. The product will be created at the point of order confirmation.

Can I create an Unleashed Customer Account from the CRM?

Yes - you can using our Sales Ledger creator at Division level.
